BEACH ACCESS
Our guests enjoy private access to Banje Beach, the most iconic and popular city strand. The Pucić Palace has a reserved portion of this beautiful beach, enabling its guests to luxuriate in beach privacy and avoid the crowds while enjoying one of the best views of Old City Dubrovnik and nearby Lokrum Island from the comfortable sun-loungers.
TRANSFER
Your chariot to the palace is awaiting. Ride in style with our exclusive transportation assistance and options. For your convenience and luxury, our driver will meet you at the airport and take you to Dubrovnik in a heartbeat. The hotel’s concierge will be happy to arrange any other transfer, reservation, rental, and excursion you might desire, including a yacht for hire.
PORTERAGE
Once the driver brings you to the Old Town Dubrovnik, you’ll be accompanied by a designated hotel porter who will take care of your luggage and escort you to the hotel.
HEALTH AND BEAUTY
Our beautician, hairdresser, and massage expert are available at your request. Relax and unwind under the pampering care of our expert, or get that flawless look before your big event, in the comfort of your room.
PETS
We are happy to accommodate your pet. Pets of 0-3 kg can stay in the room free of charge, while pets heavier than 3 kilos are charged € 50 per day. The price includes bowls and a pad for the pet.
HOUSEHOLD SERVICES
Laundry, ironing, dry cleaning, and other household services are available upon request.
PARKING
The Pucić Palace is a historical baroque palace in the very heart of Dubrovnik Old Town, the whole of which is an exclusive, pedestrians-only zone. For this reason, the hotel doesn’t have its own parking lot. If you arrive by car, you can park in the nearest garage, a secure parking lot which is additionally charged.
